- This unique dining experience complete with a live video feed from the kitchen offers guests the opportunity to interact with the resort's executive chef, Raul Vaquerizo and his team while enjoying dishes created exclusively for the Chef's Table. The bi-weekly culinary event invites epicureans to witness the making of a decadent tasting menu that changes each week and is solely designed for the Chef's Table. Some of the delicacies are watermelon soup, shrimp tempura mushrooms and lobster gratin with parmesan aioli. In addition, wine paring is also available to ensure that each dish is perfectly paired.
