At Taheima Wellness Resort, feeding and nurturing your soul begins with a healthy, balanced diet, but eating well is far from mundane. A wide selection of succulent dining options offer specially designed menus created by Master Chef Gerard Dupont, president of l'Academie Culinaire de France and prepared by Taheima's chef Patron Laurent Delorme. From elegantly simple meals inspired by the French bistro, to mouthwatering traditional Mexican fare, or to the exciting and eclectic Pan-Asian offerings at the pool and snack bar, Taheima's tasty spa cuisine features flavors from around the world.
All dining establishments are located within easy access throughout the resort and offer versatile seating options. Two restaurants are found in the central hospitality area, and light-lunch bars are located within the pool and lagoon area on Taheima's unique tropical islands.
A host of visiting chefs will complement Taheima's five star offering of healthy nutrition.
Bistro Silhouette
The Bistro Silhouette is an 80 seat, lavish French bistro with brasserie decor and a very selective a la carte menu created by the world-known chef Gerard Dupont. Special diet menus witch control caloric intakes are proposed to all our guests. The Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering a buffet or a la carte in the morning. The outside terrace can accommodate an additional 60 diners. The restaurant is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Taheima restaurants are smoke free.
Cafe Maria
Cafe Maria is a 40 seat restaurant designed in a Mexican decor emblematic of the famous province of Puebla. With the flair of Chef Laurent Delorme and his team of Mexican and international chefs comes Mexican and ancient recipes at their best. Cafe Maria offers menus and a la carte for lunch and dinner. Taheima restaurants are smoke free.
Pool Restaurant and Ceviche Bar
Our pool-side restaurant features Asian flavors with Mexican flair and gives you the opportunity to discover pool snacks and delicacies with a surprising difference. Gerard Dupont has created a very inventive healthy and calorie-minded cuisine, but in a fun way. Great dishes from Mexico, a large ceviche bar, Malay BBQ and Korean inspired dishes, and tortilla pizzas make this casual dining spot a favorite. Menu is served from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; bar service is open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Taheima restaurants are smoke free.
