Adobes' highly-skilled chefs have carefully and artistically created a menu of epicurean delights, starting with a breakfast of flavorful Swiss Chilaquiles, soaked in a special tangy sauce, accompanied by freshly-squeezed orange juice. And for the health-conscious, try our fresh fruit platter with crunchy granola, topped off with a generous dollop of natural yogurt.

Adding to your poolside fun and relaxation, the Blue Lagoon Bar offers the epitome of "personalized" service and preparation of delicious and refreshing beverages. Located beachfront right at the pool, the Blue Lagoon is also a popular informal lunch spot where you can order an assortment of goodies ranging from snacks to entire meals, all from the comfort of your pool deck lounge. The Blue Lagoon Bar is open from 10am to 6pm.
In the evening, you can mingle with friends in the more formal atmosphere of Adobes Bar, whose expertise in mixology ranges from the perfect Margarita to the most sophisticated of cocktails, all prepared to your order. Adobes Bar is open until 10pm.
