Say "Mexico" and you might instantly think "tacos" but at Villa La Estancia, the food is much more about accommodating all kinds of tastes with a variety of cuisines and dining options. In other words: picky eaters will find more than their share of American-style items, while others will be impressed with the range of our expertly-trained chefs, especially when it comes to the fresh catches brought in daily from the Sea of Cortez.
La Casona Restaurant
This refined and elegant restaurant - with an open-show kitchen a la the Iron Chef - offers indoor and outdoor dining in a pristine setting. Choose from the scenic terrace, or the sophisticated dining room which features the lilting notes of a piano. The restaurant prides itself on its gourmet Baja Mexican cuisine, in particular its beef and seafood entrees. This is the only restaurant in Cabo serving Kobe Beef, Certified Angus Beef and Prime Cuts. Fresh seafood is another specialty with the Catch of the Day coming straight from the Sea of Cortez. In addition, the restaurant serves organically grown vegetables and fruits from Miraflores Farm, all of which are complemented by an extensive wine selection, including a wide variety of Baja selections, and a full cocktail and liquor menu. And since what happens in Cabo stays in Cabo, the restaurant keeps a humidor of cigars on site.

La Parrilla Restaurant
For those times you don't want to get out of your bathing suit (and who does?) there's La Parrilla, the resort's casual poolside dining option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Under the shade of market umbrellas, you can relax and enjoy the background of Land's End accompanied by the peaceful sounds of gently-rolling waves.

Ice Cream Corner
The selection of ice cream here will satisfy almost any craving. Find a quiet corner under an umbrella to sit and savor the cooling concoctions. After all, what is life without dessert?

Sunset Dinners
Your private table at the ocean's edge is yours for the asking. Enjoy cool glasses of wine and the glow of surrounding tiki torches with a sunset a deux dinner prepared by the experienced chefs at La Parrilla Restaurant.

Looking to stock your pantry? Head to The Palmita Market where shelves overflow with a variety of staples including fresh produce, frozen foods and a premium selection of wines, beers and international liquors.
