Here a standard amenity means a double Jacuzzi, flat screen LCD TV with satellite, turndown service, liquor dispenser, and bathrobes and slippers. Reservations can now be made for the Teppanyaki tables (Japanese-style grill) at Miyako restaurant at Cancun Palace. The reservations desk is located in the lobby by the Check-out desk. Please note that reservations will only be taken for the Teppanyaki tables and are only accepted directly at the resort.

A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.

Spring Break Policy
Hotel will accept individual student bookings and group bookings all year.
A refundable cash deposit of $100 per person is required at time of check in.
Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name.
Guests may be required to sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
One chaperone over the age of 25 must accompany groups for every 20 students.
