GOLF PACKAGE INCLUDES:

One round of golf daily per room, transportation to and from the courses (Playacar Spa, & Golf Club and Moon S p a & Golf Club), beverages, snacks and shared cart. Tee times can be reserved ninety days prior to client's arrival. They can be pre-arranged at teetimes@palacereserots.com or by fax at 011 52 998 881 6086. Office hours are from 9am to 6pm, central time.

The golf package rates applies to all adults sharing the same room. Golf package is not transferable and can not be sold separately. Stays that combine golf and non-golf rates are only allowed to book tee times over the golf rate period. Unused rounds of golf due to weather conditions or for any other reason are non refundable and can not be accumulated. No rain checks will be provided. Children ages 13 to 17 must be booked as adults to receive the golf package. Tee times are subject to space and availability.

RECREATION
Beach Palace hotel Cancun
Beach Palace's Kidz Klub is for children between the ages of 4 to 12. Operation hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Sunday. There is a maximum time in the Klub of 4 hours per day, per child. Lunch will be provided, an electronic blackboard will provide the day's menu choices.

To participate in the Kidz Klub:
Children must be registered by the parents at the public relations office
All children will wear a wrist band
There will be no diaper changing or bottle supervision
No baby bags or medicines will be accepted
No child that is obviously ill will be accepted
Activities include hand crafts, drawing lessons, painting, sand castles, hide and seek, ice cream time, cinema, and a Pinata party.

Hotel Deposit Requirements
A credit card imprint or $100 cash deposit is required upon check-in for telephone and incidental charges.

Hotel will accept individual student bookings and group bookings all year.
A refundable $100 deposit per person is required at check in.
Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name.
Guests may be required to sign agreement/ list of rules at check-in.
At least one person per room must satisfy the minimum age requirement for check-in.
One 25 year old chaperone is required for every 20 students in a group.
