The hotel offers two booking options: the European plan, which is "room only" or the All Inclusive plan, which includes domestic drinks, meals, water sports, day and night entertainment.

Restaurant Las Perlas

- Open for buffet lunch. For dinner, La Palapa transforms into an international specialties restaurant serving meals a la carte in a tropical Caribbean atmosphere.
La Parrilla Snack Bar
- Facing the pool. Open for lunch with hamburgers, hot dogs and creative Mexican snacks.
Bar El Ancia
- Swim-up bar in the main pool. A refreshing bar open during the day for exotic cocktails and music.
Bar La Isla
- Guests can enjoy beer, refreshments and Caribbean cocktails while sunbathing under the hot Cancun sun.
