Tavola Restaurant
Tavola embraces the diverse regions of the Italian peninsula. Its cuisine is an expression of the past and present, in which traditional dishes are prepared respecting their origin, yet creatively presented within the framework of a seasonally fresh and more contemporary culinary interpretation.
The floor to ceiling glass windows provide spectacular views of the lush tropical surroundings and of the Pacific Ocean. The interior has been recently transformed to include a Wine Wall and Library, Olive Oil and Vinegar Den, and an exclusive and diverse collection of Grappa. Tavola's entrance is graced with the Chef's very own Organic Herb Garden.

Chula Vista, located beside the Azteca salt-water lagoon, boasts Mexican fare in a decidedly informal and al fresco setting. The cuisine is authentic, flavorful and accesible to all. Breakfast is extensive in its offerings and a great way to start the day.

Cocktails and aperitifs can be enjoyed on the terraced palapa and bar while watching vivid sunsets.

Overlooking the tropical gardens, this open air bar sits on the edge of the tranquil waters of our salt water lagoon. SAVOR Latin-style Tapas, along with our famous tequila and salt-paired flights. Even receive a visit from our swans.
