We almost missed our connection in Charlotte. Not enough time allowed in Itinerary for plane change and possible delays leaving D.C. Air conditioner leaked through ceiling into room at hotel. However, overall a good experience.

Weneeded a total relaxation week and we got it. it's almoat like being on a cruise ship. All inclusive (including all alcohol and meals) and the spa is unbelievable. We had a package I don't think is available anymore that included 14 spa services each!
