This was the first time to Cancun. We ususally go to Hawaii. It was the first, all inclusive. It was recommended by our daughter. I will say that it is everything that it was said to be. The service was excellent and the food was good. The hotel and rooms were 5 star. Just go and try it!!!! You won't be disappointed.

My daughters were guests at several of the palace resort hotels in cancun. the sun and cancun palace say they are 5 star...they maybe rate as a 2 if they are lucky...their sister resort the moon palace is definately a 5 star plus. don't waste your money
