WAIKIKI BEACH WALK PROJECT
Outrigger's Waikiki Beach Walk Project is one of the largest developments ever undertaken in Waikiki's history. This exciting venture will create a vibrant and inviting gathering place by combining four newly renovated hotels and developing an exciting new outdoor entertainment plaza complete with forty new retailers and four name brand restaurants.
Construction began April 1, 2005
Expected completion estimated for late 2006
The affected properties are the Outrigger Reef, Ohana Islander Waikiki, Halekulani, and Waikiki Parc. A negligible level of disturbance is expected for guest staying in Waikiki properties throughout the projects construction.

Construction Notice
The hotel will be undergoing soft cosmetic touch ups inside the rooms beginning January 30, 2006 through June 30, 2006. The renovations will be done one floor at a time, to minimize disturbance to the guests and guest rooms will not be used close to work being done.
Dining Closure and Construction
Effective June 1, 2006 all dining facilities at the Waikiki Parc Hotel will be closing, as well as the hotel will begin construction of a new restaurant Nobu Waikiki set to open in December 2006.
