One of the finest resorts in the islands, the Kahala Mandarin Oriental is located only minutes from Waikiki. 364 spacious guest rooms offer panoramic views of the mountains and of the Pacific Ocean, or the Dolphin Lagoon. New Hawaiian-Inspired exercise classes offered at the new CHI Fitness Center. In addition to offering classes in Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates Mat and Gyrokenesis, guest will experience the benefits and movements of Hawaiian and Asian-inspired programs such as Makka Ho, Ho'omanamana and Chi Kung. Open daily from 6AM to 10PM, the fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight resistance machines and there are personal trainers who can plan and customize each guest's workout regime throughout their stay. As an added benefit, the personal trainers at CHI can continue any guest's fitness program after consulting with the guest's own trainer back home to ensure a smooth transition in the exercise program.
