S and T Properties- Lanai's answer to the old-fashioned diner, complete with soda fountain and swivel stools. Hamburgers, saimin and local style breakfasts are among the favorites here. Cash only. Closed on Wednesdays.

The Blue Ginger Cafe Variety of far from pizza to stir fry, their own fresh baked potatoes, and local style dinner. Cash only.
