What to expect: Guests register at an office near the entrance of the Mauna Lani Resort, where bell staff are available to guide them through the white, curved gates of their secluded condominium development. The two-level condos, which measure 2,100 to 2,500 square feet, are scattered in 16 clusters amid waterfalls and gardens.
