In the casual and chic Bay View Restaurant you can experience all-day dining with a gastronomic journey of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Open every day.
Breakfast: 7.30 a.m - 10.30 a.m.
Lunch: 12 p.m. - 2.30 p.m.
Dinner: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m
We also offer midday lunch menu from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Bay View bar area.
Dress code: The Bay View dress code is beach side casual - shoes or sandals are required; swimsuits are permitted, but gentleman must cover their chests, ladies in swimsuits need to wear beach wraps.
Molasses International/Caribbean Restaurant
Linger over creative dishes and stellar views at the Molasses Restaurant, featuring a host of international and Caribbean options, with a fresh flavor signature to Great Bay. Spectacular ocean views create a dramatic and relaxing ambiance for your evening dining experience.
Open 4 nights per week. Night vary - please inquire at the resort, rotates on opposite nights of opening to the La Cucina Eatery.
Dress code: The Molasses dress code is casual elegance - shoes or sandals are required; long trousers or jeans are required for men, along with a collared shirt; beachwear is not permitted.
La Cucina Eatery

When the sun sets in St. Maarten, that's when the real fun begins! Now, it's time to tempt Lady Luck at the Golden Casino. The Golden Casino is conveniently located next to the lobby and is open every afternoon until the early morning hours.
