Bamboo - Located under a large thatch-roof palapa, this ?la carte restaurant serves Chinese fare six nights a week. Reservations are required. Men are requested to wear long pants and sleeve-shirts.
Rose's - This intimate spot serves Italian specialties from an ?la carte menu six nights a week. Reservations are required. Men are requested to wear long pants and sleeve-shirts.
Hacienda Beach Club - Open in the afternoon for fast food such as burgers and hot dogs, this place also serves tea-time fare. It reopens from 11:30 PM to 1:30 AM with a snack-food buffet to satisfy midnight appetites.
Hurricane Disco - The resort's dance club rocks from 11 PM until 4 AM, but drinks are not included.
The resort's pool and lobby bars remain open until 11 PM.
