A complimentary full American/English buffet breakfast is served each morning in Palm Restaurant, and complimentary afternoon tea is served daily on the restaurant's terrace. A complimentary manager's cocktail party is held Monday nights.
Palm Restaurant - Open-air restaurant with three-story wood ceiling. Live plants, white linens. Lunch buffets and la carte menu of salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, seafood, grilled items on alternate days. Four-course fixed-priced dinners with choices of appetizer, soup, main course, dessert. Choices include barbecued chicken spring roll with mango sauce, lobster bisque, sautd lobster medallions, striploin steak, and vegetarian plate. Friday night international buffet. Monday night barbecue buffet. Dinner dress code: long pants, collared shirts for men.
Vyvien's Restaurant - Adults only. Intimate linen-service dinners served under intricate wood ceilings. Candlelight, rattan chairs, fabric-draped windows, air conditioning. Appetizers include seafood chowder in ring of crisp polenta. Main courses such as grilled venison loin, rack of lamb, sautd tiger prawns. Dress code: long pants, collared shirts for men.
Pelican Bar - Part of spacious open-air lobby furnished with plants, oversize rattan couches and chairs with plump floral cushions. Live music in adjacent little wood pavilion most nights. After-dark dress code: long pants, collared shirts for men.
Poolside bar - Part of extensive pool/spa tub facility, set amid several sundecks with loungers. Beverages served. Open daily.
